The Process

HOW IT WORKS.

From request to on-site, we handle the details so you can focus on your community.

    Submit Your Request

    Tell us about your organization and what you have in mind. A specific date is helpful but optional, and we'll work around your timeline.

    Review & Coordination

    Our outreach team reviews availability, typically within three business days, and follows up to align on the details.

    Confirmation

    Once your event is approved, you'll receive a written confirmation and a tracking number to check its status at any time.

    We Arrive On-Site

    On the day, our LifeEvac team arrives ready to educate, demonstrate, and engage your community, with the aircraft on hand when requested.
